What are pesticides and agrochemicals?:
Drugs used in agriculture, therefore, they most often somehow get into the food produced, so it is especially important to strictly follow the rules and regulations for handling them. Both pesticides and agrochemicals are subject to state registration. You should start registering in advance, as it may take from one to several years, depending on whether your products are new to the Russian market or whether they are already represented by an analog.
The main objective of our organization in the provision of any services is to reduce the time and possible costs of the counterparty associated with obtaining the necessary result.
According to the current legislation, all pesticides and agrochemicals in circulation on the territory of the Russian Federation are subject to state registration. The registration structure is detailed in the law. By Government decree, the state registration of pesticides and agrochemicals is carried out by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation.
The registration document has no validity period and is legally valid throughout the entire territory of the Eurasian Economic Union.
At least 18 months
A necessary condition for obtaining a registration certificate is to conduct registration (including field) tests and subsequent analysis of reports and conclusions by registration organizations. An important condition for registration is the state environmental assessment, as well as public hearings on the issue of registration. The registering organization may provide recommendations for registration or a reasoned refusal to do so.
- Analysis of the Customer's documentation;
- Collecting the necessary additional documentation;
- Creating a dossier;
- Submission of applications and documents to the Ministry of Agriculture;
- Inclusion in the test plan;
- Obtaining a permit to import samples (for foreign goods);
- Conducting tests, receiving reports and conclusions (toxicological, hygienic, environmental and biological);
- Registration with the Ministry of Agriculture.

- packaging label for pesticides and / or agrochemicals in accordance with Order No. 67 of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation dated February 29, 2008
- expert opinion on determining the effectiveness of the use of pesticides and (or) agrochemicals and the development of regulations for their use with attached reports, with the exception of expert opinions specified in subparagraph 5 of paragraph 14 of the Administrative Regulations;
- expert opinions on environmental testing of pesticides and / or agrochemicals;
- sanitary and epidemiological conclusion on pesticides and / or agrochemicals;
- a document confirming the authority of the representative, if a set of documents is submitted by the applicant's representative.
